CBSE board exams of class 10 cancelled and class 12 have been postponed due to the ever increasing cases of corona virus infection.

This decision was taken in a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Many leaders including Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi have welcomed the decision. Let us tell you that Priyanka Gandhi also wrote a letter to Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank demanding to cancel the exams.

Students will be promoted without examination

Under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, this year, all the students of 10th class will be promoted to 11th standard without examination.

On 3 November 1962, the Central Board of Secondary Education was formed. Since then, this year is the first time that the 10th board examination has been completely cancelled. As far as the 10th result is concerned, CBSE is making the criteria for this. Previous results of students can be its mainstay. But the students who scored less marks in the ninth and prepared fiercely for the 10th, may object to the results obtained on the basis of the ninth.

Review meeting for 12th standard exams on 1st June

A review meeting will be held on June 1 for the program of 10th standard’s marks improvement examination and 12th examination. If the examination schedule is decided for the students of class 12, then they will be given at least 15 days time for preparation. Actually the 12th exams cannot be postponed because after their results, the students sit in competitive exams. Many students move abroad for higher education. In such a situation, if the results of 12th are declared under the normal system, then the future of many students can be at stake.

Congress workers praised the PM

After discussion with Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank and top officers, PM Modi has taken this decision. The Congress tweeted on this, ‘Well done Modi ji’. After listening to the advice of Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi and the Congress party will go further for the betterment of the nation. It is our democratic duty to work together for the good of our people. ‘Congress wrote’ It is good to see that BJP has finally put the country ahead of its ego.

PM Narendra Modi said during the meeting that “the well-being of the students should be a priority for the government.” According to media reports, he also said that the center should keep the interest of the students in mind.

Conclusion

In view of the increasing cases of Corona virus, our government is making a lot of efforts. Prime Minister Modi ji believes that he is very much concerned about children’s future but he has canceled the exam keeping in mind that he cannot play with the life of children.
We should support the government and follow the instructions given to defeat Corona.
