Very widely we all use the words Happy New Year, though it is in real just another new year, can be Happy upon how we move in changes of Calendar and how happier we are within our lives and the lives around us.
Through out this world the New Year begins on 1st day of January, as widely adopted across globe the New Year is celebrated as a public holiday too. Basically it is world wide accepted Gregorian Calendar.1st January was accepted as a day to mark the beginning of new calendar year in 15th century.
But at the same time few nations or ethnicities celebrating their New year on different days of Year,India,Iran ,Israel and China in particular have their own respective days as per religious and spiritual believes.
As I am an Indian by birth and often travels around the globe who knows it better then me the way this 1st January is celebrated all over and how myself takes part.
I am following some of the best practices hereby in India by few Devotees of a SIRSA based Ashram – Dera Sacha Sauda!!
The devotees are celebrating it by welfare tasks and they move in to new year with pledges to Help the Needy ones through out the year. As per their line of events the month of January is a whole month long celebrations to mark the birth month of Second In Line True Master Shah Satnam Singh Ji Maharaj. I am a keen onlooker to all the best things happening around the world as my recent past work assignment was in Iraq along with United Nations funded NGO to extend the helping hands to IDP (Internally Displaced People) effected by ISIS.The way DSS does execution of welfare tasks is worth praising and I pledge myself also to move in New Year 2019 with the same zeal and urge to serve Humanity, so that It can be Happy New Year in Real!!
