One of the Buddha’s disciples name Sariputra attained enlightenment. Then Buddha told him to go into the world and to carry on Buddha’s work by spreading awareness about immortality of God’s name. Sariputra left Buddha but crying and crying.
According to him, “the joy of being at the feet of Buddha was beyond all pleasures of two realms.”

The Eklavya Story: The tale of Eklavya and Dronacharya is among the most well-known guru-shishya relationships. A young lad from a tribal clan named Eklavya aspired to study archery with the legendary guru Dronacharya.
He was not a Kshatriya, though; therefore, Dronacharya declined to instruct him. Unbothered, Eklavya sculpted a statue of Dronacharya and practiced in front of it. His talent and commitment became renowned.
Upon discovering Eklavya’s skills, Dronacharya requested Eklavya’s thumb as a “guru dakshina,” or teacher’s fee. Eklavya willingly provided it, exhibiting the deep regard and selflessness he had for his guru.
