Happiness is when someone is in a situation of pleasure & satisfaction. The international Happiness Day is celebrated on 20th March every year, it was first held on 20th March 2013. The theme of this year is Keep Calm, Stay Wise & Be Kind. As per theme suggests that we be calm in every adverse situation, and we should take decisions wisely in difficult situations & be kind to others by treating them nicely. Happiness is the ultimate mantra to live a smooth life.

How to start a day to keep yourself happy?

We should wake up with a grateful heart, and send blessings for others, it surely gives us a positive vibe. We should wake up in the early morning before sunrise, after getting freshen up, we should do meditation with Pranayama which will help to reduce all the stress & fill us with positivity & keep our mind whole day on relax mode. In morning time, exercise should be a part on daily basis. It will keep us healthy, if we are healthy then half of the worries fly away from us. So, it’s mandatory to have a habit of Meditation & exercise.

Happiness Mantra to keep yourself calm

In today’s time, every second person is in stressful situations because of their social, personal & professional life, as they hardly keep balance in all the segments. But if we take situations as the big problems then it will ruin all the peace & happiness from the life. But we can manage all the things, by keeping the focus on each situation positively, and if any adverse situation will come, we should keep ourselves calm in that situation and should focus on solutions despite seeing how bigger the problem is. If we start seeing the positive side of things then it will bring peace & calmness to our lives, and helps us to live a contented life.

We all should be kind to others in their need. Many times we saw that there are people who are less fortunate, who are unable to get the basic necessity of life like food, clothes & even roof over their heads. If we do serve them then it will give some relief to them & in return, it will give us inner satisfaction too. We should be kind to every creature. Many times our nearby people get tensed due to their situations, even our one advise to them become a ray of hope for them & their life again came on the track. We should always be with a positive mindset, helpful and kind to others so that people can approach us in their bad times.

Always pay gratitude for everything 

We should be grateful for everything whatever we have to enjoy & whatever we experience in our life till now as gratitude is the key to extreme happiness. If we pay our gratitude towards everything that is coming to us, then it’s a law that it will bring more and more to us. It is even said by the True Saints that we should be thankful to God for everything where ever He kept us & in which situation He has put us, He is always kind towards their children, and bless them with an abundance of happiness in their lives. If someone will adopt it then they can bring everything whatever they want in their life. As gratitude is the main mantra of happiness and we never get negative in any situation, and problems stay away from that person who follows it regularly.
