Christmas and New Year is around the corner and so are the holidays, everyone wants to enjoy their holidays with a dose of entertainment.
So if u are planning for a movie and confused about whether the movie will entertain you or not. Here we have a movie review which will help you out!
Today we are gonna write about the romantic-drama released on 21st December 2018 named Zero.
Zero – The Romantic Drama directed by Anand L Rai starring Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma, and Katrina Kaif has hit the screens worldwide. The story starts from Meerut and takes you to the city of dreams Mumbai. The first half of the movie takes you to the laughter ride as there are many one-liners that keep you entertained throughout the first half. The second half is bit slow, emotional and slightly seems off track.
Shah Rukh Khan played the role of Bauua Singh, a 38-year-old vertically challenged man who is unable to find a suitable match for him and for this he knocks the door of matrimony site and through them Bauua Singh (Shah Rukh Khan) meets Aafia (Anushka Sharma) who is scientists and suffering from cerebral palsy, Bauua Singh and Aafia falls in love and find perfect partner in each other but suddenly Babita (Katrina Kaif), who is the Bollywood fame comes in between them and from there you will witness the love triangle.
The movie has a cameo of many Bollywood personalities, such as Sri Devi, Abhay Deol, Salman Khan but the cameo of Sri Devi has touched the people heart as it was her last role just before her death.
Apart from this movie songs are doing pretty well. Songs ‘Heer Badnam’ can be considered as the Katrina Kaif’s best performance till today. Other songs Husn Parcham, Ishqbaazi are also very popular.
We have also like the visual effects of the movie, as the red chilies have tried to take it to the next level with its efforts. The movie has also some sought of mars scene which is not actually it’s worth.
At last, if we talk about the performance of actors Shah Rukh Khan as Bauua Singh, he will definitely make you fall in love with his acting, he is just marvelous. Anushka Sharma as a scientist has done justice with her role and Katrina Kaif as Babita has given an amazing performance.
On an all, Anand L Rai has tried to make a different love story but have didn’t seem to convince viewers with its second half as the movie seems to lose its direction in the second half but its first half is quite interesting and you will find it a laughter ride in the first half. So if you can handle the movie after intermission then go and enjoy the movie in theatres.
