CBSE Class 12 Board Exams 2021 Cancellation: Union Education Ministry Makes a BIG Announcement

The wait for the students appearing for the CBSE 12th board exams (CBSE Inter exam 2021) may be longer. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) said on Friday, 14 May 2021, that no decision has been taken on the Class 12 board examinations yet. However, in view of the COVID-19 epidemic situation, students and parents are demanding to cancel the exam.

12th examination was to be held from May 4

The Ministry of Education had cancelled the board examinations of the 10th and postponed the examinations of the 12th in view of the growing cases of the Corona virus. These examinations were scheduled to begin on May 4.

Earlier, the Ministry of Education has been giving clarification on such reports, which have said that cancellation of 12th examination has been done. In this case, an official of the Ministry of Education said that many types of news are going on in the media about this, but so far the government has not taken any decision. The conditions are still being reviewed and all possibilities are being discussed. Whatever decision will be taken by the Ministry will be officially given.

The decision regarding class 12 exams was taken in PM Modi’s meeting

Earlier, on 14 April, CBSE cancelled the Class 10th examination (CBSE 10th Exam 2021) in Delhi, as the number of Covid-19 infected cases spread rapidly.

While the announcement of postponement of class 12th exams was made. The decision was taken in a high-level meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The examinations, usually held in February – March every year, were scheduled to be held from May 4.

Dear students, keeping in view the corona conditions in the country, today a high level meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Honorable Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi. In the meeting, it has been decided to cancel the class 10 board exams of CBSE and postpone the class 12 exams.

Wait for this date for decision on class 12 examinations

A board officers had earlier reported that, “Class 12 examinations have been postponed and the corona virus status will be reviewed after June 1.

Students will be given at least 15 days’ notice before the examination is conducted.”

Due to the increasing cases of Corona virus, no examination has been done this year. Also, this year, the Central Government has given a big decision regarding the 10th Board Examination.

CBSE class 12th board exam has been postponed due to the increase in infection (Corona virus). Because of this, their college process may be affected.
