The journey of Chandrayaan, India’s lunar exploration missions, has been a remarkable one. The first two Chandrayaan missions paved the way for scientific discoveries and advancements in space technology.

•Chandrayaan 1, launched in 2008, was a significant milestone for India as it marked its entry into the exclusive group of nations with lunar exploration capabilities. It successfully detected water molecules on the moon’s surface and provided valuable insights into the moon’s geology and mineralogy.
•Chandrayaan 2, launched in 2019, aimed to further expand our knowledge about the moon. It consisted of an orbiter, lander (Vikram), and rover (Pragyan). Although the landing did not go as planned, it demonstrated India’s technological prowess and determination to explore uncharted territories.
•Now, with the upcoming launch of Chandrayaan 3, India is gearing up to continue its quest for lunar exploration. The purpose of this mission is to rectify previous setbacks and successfully land a rover on the moon’s surface. It will contribute towards gathering more data about our celestial neighbor and pave the way for future space missions.

Chandrayaan 3 launch reminds us that even in times of challenges or setbacks, we must persevere and continue reaching for the stars.
The recent launch of Chandrayaan 3 has not only created waves in the space exploration community but has also brought immense pride and happiness to our nation.
